Overall a really nice stay for one night. Fairly quiet and fantastic room with separate bar, board games, queen bed, very nice staff. Stunning and good location, close to Isahakyan House Museum, enjoyed this place. Set in a very attractive area near old churches all around, and restaurants and cafes

Villa Kars is such a charming spot! The garden vibe and authentic decor took me back in time. Loved chilling in the courtyard. Just wish the shower was better and a fridge was included, that would've been perfect!

Bathroom could benefit from better door locks!!! A mini fridge would greatly enhance comfort since there's no room service!!! More power outlets near the bed for charging gadgets would be a welcome addition!!!

The room I stayed in was sizable and clean, with vintage decor that added charm to my visit. The inner courtyard was peaceful and beautifully designed. Location was excellent. The front desk staff were accommodating and helpful throughout my stay.
